The MBO T800 is a B1 size Buckle folder, which will allow us to increase our capability, efficiency and capacity. The machine gives us gate fold and closed gate fold capability, which prior to the installation were outsourced, and will allow more than 1 up folding of 10, 12, 14 and 16 page sections for book production.

Now fully operational, the T800 has a deep pile continuous feed and an increased run speed compared to existing equipment which naturally increases folding capacity.
