PTS invested in a Komori B1 press at their Castleford site in December 2021. Following a period of testing and training throughout January 2022, the press has been up and running live work since the beginning of February 2022. The press has been a huge success at our Castleford site and compliments the existing Heidleberg/KBA B2 and the Heidelberg/Ryobi B3 capability in Castleford. The new press has effectively doubled our output and provides increased capacity for sheetfed work.
We now have the sheetfed capability to produce short/medium/long run commercial print, operational forms, business stationery etc…..

We have also invested and installed a range of new finishing kit to support the extra print capacity, this includes Heidelberg B1/B2 Folding, additional Polar Guillotine and Heidelberg ST 400 Stitchmaster with in line finishing capability.
