Our PTS Reveal products can greatly reduce the time spent processing your mailings. Once printed, our forms are simply folded through one of the wide range of Pressure Seal machines provided by PTS Technical and they can then go straight out to mail. The range of equipment we can provide is capable of process speeds of up to 80,000 per hour (2 across) greatly in excess of any inserting line, thus reducing time and costs.

If you are not familiar with the product, PTS Reveal, part of our Ecoseal range, is an innovative, laser compatible one-piece mailer that can be opened in seconds. No envelope required – simply print, fold, seal and mail. Following your print and personalisation process, PTS Reveal is sealed through our high-speed pressure sealing machines, sold by PTS Technical, and released to mail. The recipient simply bends the corner to break the opening perforation, then pulls open to reveal the marketing message, voucher, form or sales promotion.

Reveal is suitable for any mailing where you have an A4 going into an envelope, for example promotional campaigns, voucher mailings, election communications, debt collection, poll cards etc.
